We particularly appreciated your organizational skills and your attention to every little detail. You even showed us ways to cut expenses. You kept in touch when we were not here and helped us in making the right decisions. We always knew where we were costs as you were prompt with the monthly statements and releases of lien.

One of Brad and Andy's obvious skillsets is to listen and communicate continually and be flexible in finding solutions to ongoing issues that inevitably arise. They were totally open-minded to any ideas that we had as the work progressed, and they constantly guided us in the right direction as on-site decisions were made. We always felt comfortable and confident that they had our best interests foremost in their minds.
